Pejtic is an all-in-one SaaS platform built for IT staffing firms, consulting companies, and growing businesses in the USA. It combines HR management, applicant tracking (ATS), project management, timesheets, invoicing, CRM, and job seeker access in a single unified dashboard.

Pejtic is ideal for IT staffing agencies, recruitment firms, consulting companies, service-based businesses, and HR teams in the United States. It also provides a dedicated portal for job seekers to create profiles and apply for positions.

Yes. Pejtic is a fully cloud-based SaaS platform. You can access it from any modern browser on any device — no installation required. Your data is securely hosted and always accessible online.

Pejtic is fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap — stay tuned for updates.

Pricing & Plans

Pejtic offers three plans:
  • Basic (Free) — Ideal for startups. Capped at 5 employees, 5 job posts/month, and 5 documents per category.
  • Gold ($75/month + $5/active employee) — Full-featured plan for growing teams with unlimited access to all core modules.
  • White Portal (Custom) — Enterprise plan with custom branding, dedicated portal, white-labeling, and priority support.

No. All listed prices exclude tax. Applicable state and local taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.

The Gold plan charges $75/month as a base fee plus $5 per active employee. For example, 50 active employees = $75 + (50 × $5) = $325/month (before tax). You only pay for active employees — when an employee is deactivated, the fee stops.

The Basic plan limits all core features to 5 units: up to 5 employees, 5 job postings per month, 5 company documents, 5 employee documents per employee, and up to 5 recruitment records. Upgrade to Gold for unlimited access.

No. Email Validation and Bulk Email Credits are paid add-ons available for all plans (Basic, Gold, and White Portal). They are purchased separately and billed in addition to your plan fee.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately and any fees are prorated accordingly. No long-term contracts are required.

Yes. The Gold plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After 30 days, you can choose to continue on a paid plan or downgrade to the free Basic plan.

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or implementation charges for any plan. You can get started immediately at no upfront cost.

Account & Access

Visit apps.pejtic.com/company/registration to create your company account. The process takes just a few minutes and no credit card is needed to get started on the Basic plan.

Pejtic provides three separate login portals:
  • Company Login — For HR managers, admins, and business users.
  • Employee Login — For staff to access self-service, timesheets, and documents.
  • Job Seeker Login — For candidates to manage their profile and applications.

Yes. Pejtic features a full Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. You can assign roles such as Super Admin, Setup Manager, Job Manager, Recruiter, Bench Sales, Employee, and Job Seeker — each with scoped and controlled permissions.

Yes. The Gold and White Portal plans include full timesheet tracking tied to projects and clients, along with invoice generation. You can track billable hours, generate invoices, and manage approvals — all in one place.

The White Portal is an enterprise-grade plan that gives your organization a fully white-labeled version of Pejtic — with your custom domain, branding, dedicated database, SSO, and a dedicated career site. It's built for large IT staffing firms and consulting companies.

Yes. Gold and White Portal plans include access to a third-party candidate database alongside the internal Pejtic job seeker pool, giving recruiters broader sourcing capability.
